For any purchases of Snapshot Depot’s Ultimate Snapshots: Only the Company reserves the right to resell, transfer, copy, distribute, or disclose the snapshot or its content. A purchase of the snapshot grants only one license to use the Snapshot within a single HighLevel agency. After the initial installation into a specific HighLevel account, the snapshot cannot be resold, transferred, copied, or distributed to another HighLevel account without explicit written consent from the Company.
Use the Services in connection with surveys, contests, pyramid schemes, chain letters, junk email, spamming, or any unsolicited messages (commercial or otherwise).
Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten, or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as privacy and publicity rights) of others.
Publish, post, upload, distribute, or disseminate any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, obscene, indecent, or unlawful material.
Upload or otherwise make available files containing images, photographs, software, or other material protected by intellectual property laws (e.g., copyright or trademark laws) unless you own or control the rights thereto or have received all necessary consent.

However, Snapshot Depot reserves the right to review materials posted to the Services and to remove any materials at its sole discretion. Snapshot Depot also reserves the right to terminate your access to any or all of the Services at any time, without notice, for any reason whatsoever. Snapshot Depot reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as it deems necessary to comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or governmental requests, or to edit, refuse to post, or remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion.

Materials uploaded to the Services may be subject to posted limitations on usage, reproduction, and/or dissemination. You are responsible for adhering to such limitations if you download the materials.

7. Member Account, Password, and Security

Users may need to create an account to access the Services and may also need to create an account with a third-party company. Users must complete the registration process by providing Snapshot Depot with current, complete, and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form. Users will also choose a password and a username.

Users are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and account. Furthermore, users are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under their account. Users agree to notify Snapshot Depot immediately of any unauthorized use of their account or any other breach of security. Snapshot Depot will not be liable for any loss that users may incur as a result of someone else using their password or account, either with or without their knowledge. However, users could be held liable for losses incurred by Snapshot Depot or another party due to someone else using their account or password. Users may not use anyone else’s account at any time without the permission of the account holder.

8. Terms and Conditions of Sale

To purchase, you will submit correct and accurate information on a third-party hosted checkout page or invoice. By doing so, you confirm that your information is correct and accurate. Once the purchase is complete, you agree to accept these Terms and pay the listed price, including taxes and other fees as specified on the checkout page or invoice.
Upon completion of the purchase, you will receive an email confirming the purchase and providing information on the appropriate next steps.
All payments are processed through an independent third-party service. The Website does not store any payment information, such as credit card numbers.
The Company is released from any obligation if payment through the available methods fails or is refused by your provider. You will be solely responsible for all costs incurred as a result, including, but not limited to, additional fees charged due to an unfulfilled order.

Snapshot Depot’s HighLevel Tech Support Services are available through a monthly subscription fee. The subscription begins on the day the payment is received by the Company and automatically renews monthly on the same day thereafter. The payment method provided during purchase will be automatically charged each month unless you request an update to your payment method.

9. Refund Policy

The reputation and success of Snapshot Depot rest on making you happy with your purchase. We value our relationship with you and offer the option to return most products you purchase directly from Snapshot Depot.

9.1. Snapshot Depot’s HighLevel Tech Support

Any purchase of a Snapshot Depot HighLevel Tech Support Subscription comes with a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your services, you are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Up to 1 month's subscription can be refunded. Your services will be terminated at the end of the month.

9.2. Snapshot Depot’s Ultimate Snapshots

Any purchase of an Ultimate Snapshot by Snapshot Depot is a final sale and non-refundable after installation. Due to the nature of the product, we are unable to uninstall the snapshot once it is installed, and thus, refunds are not possible. You are eligible for a full refund and cancellation prior to the snapshot link being sent to you or installed.

9.3. Snapshot Depot’s Dashboard Customization Services

Any purchase of Snapshot Depot’s Dashboard Customization is eligible for a full refund. If you are not satisfied with your services, you are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.

9.4. Snapshot Depot’s WhiteLabel Onboarding Services

If, after an onboarding has been completed, you are eligible to receive a refund within 72 hours of the completion of the onboarding. The team will review the reason for the refund request and may either approve or deny it after a full investigation.

10. Materials Provided to Snapshot Depot for HighLevel or Posted at Any of its Your Website Address

Snapshot Depot does not claim ownership of the materials you provide to Snapshot Depot (including feedback and suggestions) or post, upload, input, or submit to any Services or its associated services for review by the general public, or by the members of any public or private community (each a “Submission” and collectively “Submissions”). However, by posting, uploading, inputting, providing, or submitting (“Posting”) your Submission, you are granting Snapshot Depot, its affiliated companies, and necessary sublicensees permission to use your Submission in connection with the operation of their Internet businesses (including, without limitation, all Snapshot Depot Services), including, without limitation, the license rights to: copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, reproduce, edit, translate, and reformat your Submission; to publish your name in connection with your Submission; and the right to sublicense such rights to any supplier of the Services.
No compensation will be paid with respect to the use of your Submission, as provided herein. Snapshot Depot is under no obligation to post or use any Submission you may provide, and Snapshot Depot may remove any Submission at any time in its sole discretion. By Posting a Submission, you warrant and represent that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to your Submission as described in these Terms of Use, including, without limitation, all the rights necessary for you to provide, post, upload, input, or submit the Submissions.
In addition to the warranty and representation set forth above, by Posting a Submission that contains images, photographs, pictures, or that are otherwise graphical in whole or in part (“Images”), you warrant and represent that (a) you are the copyright owner of such Images, or that the copyright owner of such Images has granted you permission to use such Images or any content and/or images contained in such Images consistent with the manner and purpose of your use and as otherwise permitted by these Terms of Use and the Services, (b) you have the rights necessary to grant the licenses and sublicenses described in these Terms of Use, and (c) that each person depicted in such Images, if any, has provided consent to the use of the Images as set forth in these Terms of Use, including, by way of example and not as a limitation, the distribution, public display, and reproduction of such Images. NEITHER Snapshot Depot, ITS AFFILIATES NOR ANY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, THIRD PARTY CONTENT PROVIDERS OR LICENSORS WARRANT THAT snapshotdepot.com WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE; NOR DO THEY MAKE ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM USE OF snapshotdepot.com, OR AS TO THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY OR CONTENT OF ANY INFORMATION, SERVICE, OR MERCHANDISE PROVIDED THROUGH snapshotdepot.com.

THIS DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY APPLIES TO ANY DAMAGES OR INJURY CAUSED BY ANY FAILURE OF PERFORMANCE, ERROR, OMISSION, INTERRUPTION, DELETION, DEFECT, DELAY IN OPERATION OR TRANSMISSION, COMPUTER VIRUS, COMMUNICATION LINE FAILURE, THEFT OR DESTRUCTION OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO, ALTERATION OF, OR USE OF RECORD, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORTIOUS BEHAVIOR, NEGLIGENCE, OR UNDER ANY OTHER CAUSE OF ACTION. USER SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGES THAT Snapshot Depot IS NOT LIABLE FOR THE DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF OTHER USERS OR THIRD PARTIES AND THAT THE RISK OF INJURY FROM THE FOREGOING RESTS ENTIRELY WITH USER.
IN NO EVENT WILL Snapshot Depot, OR ANY PERSON OR ENTITY INVOLVED IN CREATING, PRODUCING OR DISTRIBUTING snapshotdepot.com OR THE Snapshot Depot SOFTWARE, BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE snapshotdepot.com. USER HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION SHALL APPLY TO ALL CONTENT ON THE SITE.
IN ADDITION TO THE TERMS SET FORTH ABOVE, NEITHER Snapshot Depot, NOR ITS AFFILIATES, INFORMATION PROVIDERS OR CONTENT PARTNERS SHALL BE LIABLE REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OR DURATION, FOR ANY ERRORS, INACCURACIES, OMISSIONS, OR OTHER DEFECTS IN, OR UNTIMELINESS OR UNAUTHENTICITY OF, THE INFORMATION CONTAINED WITHIN snapshotdepot.com, OR FOR ANY DELAY OR INTERRUPTION IN THE TRANSMISSION THEREOF TO THE USER, OR FOR ANY CLAIMS OR LOSSES ARISING THEREFROM OR OCCASIONED THEREBY. Without limiting the foregoing, Snapshot Depot shall have the right to remove any material that Snapshot Depot, in its sole discretion, finds to be in violation of the provisions hereof or otherwise objectionable.

User agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Snapshot Depot, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against all claims and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of the use of Snapshot Depot by User or User’s Account.

Either Snapshot Depot or User may terminate this Agreement at any time. Without limiting the foregoing, Snapshot Depot shall have the right to immediately terminate User’s Account in the event of any conduct by User which Snapshot Depot, in its sole discretion, considers to be unacceptable, or in the event of any breach by User of this Agreement.

16. Miscellaneous

This Agreement and any operating rules for snapshotdepot.com established by Snapshot Depot constitute the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all previous written or oral agreements between the parties with respect to such subject matter.
